Here are my notes for BOM #9. The first two pages are my own redaction of others’ thoughts (including some from on the blog – thanks Robert!) and some of my own; the bulk of the material following is comprised of the notes from Mack Stirling’s Institute class. I will be using his notes throughout the BOM study. I have often wished that they could be printed somewhere, and now with his permission I am adding them here.
