I am teaching lesson #8 tomorrow.
I’m again attaching notes from Mack Sterling’s 1994 class on these chapters.
I’m going to be using Joe Spencer’s ideas on structure. I’m going to use Ben McGuire’s ideas on what the return to the promised land meant to the Lehites. I’ll do a brief outline of how I’ll use Joe’s and Ben’s ideas in the morning.
And here is an edited version of Joe’s comments (with some final ideas by Ben McGuire) that I’m going to hand out:
